Stressreleaseband was formed around December 2017 after finally finding all members. Most of us have been friends for years, however we finally came together to create the sound we have always looked for. We're a great group of mates that come from different musical backgrounds with preferred tastes in music. Our sound is a bit of a mash up of plenty different genres, and we've never really been able to put a name on it ,but we mainly play psychedelic rock/reggae.

The Silver Lines are a four piece rock n roll band from the West Midlands formed in Manchester in early 2018. Drawing influences from late 60's powerhouses, such as The Kinks and The Rolling Stones. Expect snarling vocals, bluesy riffs and swaggering tunes.

They have made waves in London, the west midlands and the north playing venues like the Deaf Institute and Factory 251, garnering a cult following from their blinding gigs.

Their “take no prisoners” first single Roamer was released in late 2018 and championed by Tom Robinson on BBC Radio 6.

Their second single Parliament has just been released in February 2019 and was played by Huw Stephens on BBC Radio 1.

"There is a punk edge present that makes them sound a little different from their peers, with the band straddling the indie rock and punk boundaries very well" - York Calling

"The band have a well focused live sound and a clear energy that every member puts into the delivery of each song from the set. The live reputation of The Silver Lines is a force to be reckoned with, and to truly understand their appeal you need to see them live." - David Hoousden, Gigwise, BBC
