Spring has arrived! 🌸 Shake off those winter blues and join us while we simp over longer days, later nights and the sweet bloom of new crushes and friendships.
Dance the night away with our DJs, cover yourself in temporary tattoos, test your artistry at our portrait wall and prepare to be dazzled by our incredible performer, Bambi Bang Bang.
SCSSR isn’t just a night out, it’s a movement. A celebration of dykes, sapphics and gender non-conformity. A space to dance, chat, link and flirt in an atmosphere that is bold and unapologetic; this is where you will find your people.
To set the vibe, the music will be lowered for the first hour, giving you the perfect chance to mingle before the night kicks off (perfect for solo partygoers).
This event is for dykes, femmes, butches, lesbians, bi, trans, non-binary and generally wlw-aligned people. If you like the sound of our vibe, come along, however we kindly ask that you help us to hold this space and do not bring cis-male guests. We will never police identity on the door.

Our event is hosted upstairs at Dead Wax in Digbeth. Unfortunately, there is no step-free access and no lift. We recognise this as a barrier and are committed to identifying more accessible venues at future events. For more information on venue accessibility, please contact Dead Wax directly.
If you would like to arrange for a companion ticket to be added to your booking at no extra cost, please purchase yourself a ticket and then contact us through Outsavvy so we can add this to your booking. Companion tickets are subject to availability.
Event timings
Doors open at 7pm and last entry is 9pm. Music will finish at 11pm but you are welcome to stay in Dead Wax or continue the party elsewhere. We aim to provide an alternative to classic club nights, starting and finishing our parties early. It is important to us to ensure guests can travel to and from our event safely and cost-effectively.
